About us

The guiding principle of GermanBoardRoom is the „professional advisory board“, that is people, like you, who perform their activities for supervisory boards on a professional basis. We offer you a wide range of services which support you - generally and in specific cases - in the exercise of your position.

The first contact point for GBR.Members and other interested parties is Peter H. Dehnen and his team. The center of the advisory relationship is a confidential discussion with a GBR advisor, often also in a team and, where needed, together with other GBR members with specialized competence.

The ThinkTank is a regular meeting of the Board Advisory Council with GBR.Members as well as guests from business and politics. In such meetings, current, practical and fundamental questions regarding the workings of German supervisory boards are discussed and developments in the areas of corporate governance and corporate compliance are critically debated  – in particular from the perspective of the rights and obligations of the supervisory board as a company organ and as a representative of the company’s interests.
